Even more than the company, I think the team and team leader you associate yourself with, will make or break your effort. Too many sponsors are wrapped up in their own lives and profit to be available to you. When it comes to a question or a needed resource you are left out in the cold. It is very difficult to build a business with this lack of support.
I researched it and found that Jeannie Looman was the leader I wanted to associate with. I didn't have to hope there would be a resource....she had already created them and you were given access immediately.
